Psychological Assessment

The Triumph Center provides comprehensive psychological evaluations of children, adolescents, and young adults. Our evaluations assess each person’s unique cognitive, behavioral and/or social-emotional functioning in order to assist with diagnostic clarification, as well as educational and treatment planning.  We work collaboratively with parents, schools and agencies to address concerns by providing practical and evidence based recommendations. Social Skills Group Program Registration 2018-2019

Here is a Triumph Center Registration Form for enrollment in our social skills group program for the fall.  You may join at anytime and our groups run from September through June.  Please complete the form and contact our office (781-942-9277) to setup an intake interview for your child if they have not been in our group or camp programs within the past year.   We are pleased to continue accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, and some Tufts health insurance plans for social skills groups.

NEW Triumph Center Offices in Lexington and Beverly

We have a new office for individual/family therapy and psychological evaluations in Lexington! We are pleased to collaborate with James Caron, Ph.D. and the Connections Program at 120 School Street, Lexington, MA 02421. Please note that our Social Skills Program in Lexington still meets at the First Baptist Church of Lexington located at 1580 Massachusetts Avenue.

The Triumph Center is pleased to continue accepting Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, United Behavioral Healthcare/Optum, and some TUFTS insurances for behavioral counseling services.  This important change was made to better serve our families who asked us to consider adding these capabilities.  Parents are telling us the coverage is quite good from these companies, so if this has been a concern previously, we strongly encourage you to contact us now to learn more or to get started.
