Expressive Arts Group (Ages 7-10)
Triumph Center is launching a new Expressive Arts Group for children ages 7–10. This group will provide a structured, supportive space for children to explore emotions and self-expression through art, music, and movement. The group will focus on helping children build social-emotional skills such as communication, emotional regulation, perspective taking, and frustration tolerance while engaging in creative activities that are fun and accessible.
The group will be led by Samantha Martin, LMHC, MT-BC a clinician with specialized training and experience in expressive arts therapy. Samantha has extensive experience using art, music, and creative modalities to help children process emotions, build confidence, and connect with peers in a meaningful way.
