Young Adult Services
The Triumph Center offers social skills groups and counseling services for young adults. In addition, specialized young adult groups are offered during the summer. Summer young adult groups cater to individuals aged 17-29 with diverse diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Non-Verbal Learning Disorder, and ADHD. Group programming focuses on improving social skills, promoting independent living skills, community service involvement, health and wellness awareness, and post-high school learning/employment preparation. Groups may also include community outings to facilitate skill generalization. Our young adult services aim to ease the transition into adulthood by addressing various challenges and promoting a range of functional skills. When applicable the Triumph Center’s young adult services can also support individualized education programs (IEPs) for individuals through the age of 22.
