About Young Adult Services
Year-Round Groups & Support for Ages 17–29
The Triumph Center offers groups and counseling services for young adults ages 17–29, supporting individuals with a range of diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Nonverbal Learning Disorder, and ADHD. Weekly social skills groups are offered during the school year, and specialized wellness groups and skills-based full day programming are offered during the summer.
Our young adult services aim to ease the transition into adulthood by addressing various challenges and promoting a range of functional skills. Groups and day programming focus on improving social skills, promoting independent living skills, community service involvement, health and wellness awareness, and post-high school learning/employment preparation. Programming may also include community outings to facilitate skill generalization. When applicable the Triumph Center’s young adult services can also support individualized education programs (IEPs) for individuals through the age of 22.
