Our Evaluation Services
The Triumph Center offers comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults between the ages of 5 and 22.
Evaluations can provide insight into areas such as:
- Cognitive and executive functioning skills
- Social-emotional and personality functioning
- Academic abilities
Common areas of concern include attention problems, learning difficulties, neurodevelopmental and social vulnerabilities, and emotional or behavioral regulation challenges. Evaluations aid in diagnostic clarification and inform treatment recommendations and educational planning, including vocational and post-secondary planning.
What an Evaluation Can Help With
Evaluations can offer diagnostic clarification and identify diagnoses such as:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Anxiety and Depressive Disorders
- Learning Disorders
- Executive Functioning Difficulties
Our goal is to provide meaningful, actionable insights that guide families, educators, and treatment teams toward the right supports and interventions.
Our Evaluation Process
Our evaluation process begins with an initial interview with a parent or guardian to gather background history and understand the primary concerns and testing questions.
One of our skilled evaluators will then develop a battery of testing measures to address those specific questions.
Testing is typically conducted over two partial-day appointments and includes:
- A parent/guardian interview
- Cognitive, neuropsychological, and social-emotional testing
- Academic screenings, if indicated
- A comprehensive written report and feedback session
Collaboration with Schools and Districts
Our evaluators are available to collaborate directly with schools and districts to:
- Conduct on-site evaluations
- Coordinate with educators and support teams
- Provide consultation for unresolved questions from previous evaluations

Evaluation Cost
The cost for an evaluation is $3,500, which includes:
- Initial parent/guardian interview
- All testing necessary to address referral questions
- A comprehensive written report
- One testing feedback session
Additional meetings (with parents, schools, or providers) can be arranged at an additional cost.
