About Young Adult Services

Year-Round Groups & Support for Ages 17–29

The Triumph Center offers social skills groups and counseling services for young adults. In addition, specialized young adult groups and skills-based full day programming are offered during the summer.

Summer young adult groups cater to individuals aged 17–29 with diverse diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Non-Verbal Learning Disorder, and ADHD. Group programming focuses on improving social skills, promoting independent living skills, community service involvement, health and wellness awareness, and post-high school learning/employment preparation. Groups may also include community outings to facilitate skill generalization.

Our young adult services aim to ease the transition into adulthood by addressing various challenges and promoting a range of functional skills. When applicable the Triumph Center’s young adult services can also support individualized education programs (IEPs) for individuals through the age of 22.
