Many PPO insurance plans provide partial reimbursement for therapy sessions. Our office provides an itemized receipt that includes all necessary details — diagnosis codes, service codes, and clinician credentials — to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

We also offer a downloadable Out-of-Network Insurance Guide with step-by-step instructions on how to check your benefits and submit a claim.

All services are private pay, meaning payment is made at the time of service. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash or check (payable to Triumph Center)

If you are seeking reimbursement, we will provide the documentation needed for your insurance submission. Download our Out-of-Network Insurance Guide for step-by-step instructions on how to submit for reimbursement.
